Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Everly Moments and the wedding invitation we create for you. By ordering or using our service, you agree to them.
The service
Everly Moments is a done-for-you service: we design, build and host a digital wedding invitation and website on your behalf, with features such as RSVP, a photo wall, a QR code and sharing tools, in English, French and Arabic.
Orders and pricing
Each wedding is a one-time engagement priced per the package you choose (Essential, Premium or Luxe), in USD. We confirm scope and price with you before work begins. Your site is published once payment is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is made directly to us by the methods we agree (bank transfer, OMT, Whish or cash). Fees are for the design and hosting of your invitation for the agreed period.
Your content
You are responsible for the names, photos, text and other material you ask us to publish, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You grant us permission to host and display that content to operate your invitation.
Guests who post photos or messages are responsible for their own contributions. The couple (via their dashboard) and we may remove content that is unlawful or inappropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to upload content that infringes others’ rights or is harmful. We may suspend a site that violates these terms.
Availability
We work to keep sites available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, contact us. Because work is bespoke, fees for work already completed are generally non-refundable; we will always discuss your situation fairly.
