Everly Moments builds elegant digital wedding invitations and websites. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are
Everly Moments ("we", "us") is a digital wedding-invitation service based in Beirut, Lebanon, serving couples in Lebanon and the diaspora. You can reach us at hello@everlymoments.com.
Information we collect
From couples: the names, wedding date, venue, photographs, text and any gift details you ask us to publish on your invitation, plus the contact details you give us to manage your order.
From guests: when a guest submits an RSVP or posts a photo or message on a wedding’s page, we collect the name, attendance, party size, and any media or text they choose to share.
Automatically: basic, aggregate analytics (such as page visits) to operate and improve the service. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use information
To design, publish and host the wedding invitation you ordered; to show RSVPs and the guest photo wall to the couple; to communicate with you about your order; and to keep the service secure.
We process couples’ information to perform our service to you, and guests’ information on the basis of the couple’s legitimate interest in collecting RSVPs for their event.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run our platform — notably Google Firebase (hosting, database, file storage) — and only as needed to operate the service.
A wedding invitation page is private by design and excluded from search engines, but anyone who has the link can view it. Please share invitation links only with your intended guests.
Payments
Payments are arranged directly with us (for example by bank transfer, OMT, Whish or cash). We do not collect or store card numbers on our website.
Retention
We keep a wedding’s content for as long as the site is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or archive it. You can ask us to take a site down or delete its data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask us to stop using it. Contact hello@everlymoments.com and we will respond promptly.
Children
Our service is intended for adults arranging a wedding. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the new version here with a revised date.
